Mangalore police constable Sandeep breathed his last in an accident

01.04.10 Mangalore : The police  constable Sandeep K N, in the finger print Department of Pandeshwara police station, met with an accident at Mogaralputhur, near Kumble, Kasaragod district  and breathed his last on the spot on April 1, Thursday.

 Sandeep who was travelling in the car borrowed from his friend was moving towards his house at Kasargod along with his wife, son and cousin . In order to attend his brother’s wedding function on April 1. The car, which he was traveling, rammed into a speeding tanker at 7 am at Mogaralputtur.

His wife, son and cousin were injured and have been admitted to a hospital in Mangalore.

The mortal remains of Sandeep was kept in DCIB office at Mangalore to pay state honour by district police. He was one among the six policemen slated to be honoured with an award for their service on the occasion of the Police Flag Day on Friday April 2.
