Kasab sentenced to death

06.05.10 : A special court judge M.L. Tahaliyani pronounced his verdict on
the mass killer terrorist known as Kasab and held Kasab guilty of several
murders on Nov. 26, 2008 in Mumbai. Kasab was the lone survivor among the 10
terrorists who killed over 250 innocent persons in 2 hotels, at C. Shivaji
Railway Terminus (VT), Chowpatty and other places in a ghastly murderous
way, deliberately for no specific reason or provocation. 9 terrorists died
in the battles lodged by security forces and commandoes (from N. Delhi). The
lone terrorist Kasab, condemned to death today can still appeal to Mumbai
High Court, then to Supreme Court and later for pardon to the President of
India. Many more years will go by during which Kasab has to be served food
and other facilities in prison by the Indian Nation under law, until he is
dead. In another case, Afzal Guru, a killer condemned to death in 2006 is
still languishing in lonely cell in prison.
