3 Days consumer products Exhibition cum Sale in city

12.02.10 : The Karnataka State Women’s Development Corporation, Bangalore and Department women and child Welfare, Mangalore jointly organized three days exhibition cum sale of consumer products manufactured by women entrepreneurs and Stree-Shakthi group members at Bhatrathiya Vidhya Bhavan, Pandeshwar on March 12, Friday.

Speaking after inaugurating the event, K Santhosh Kumar Bhandary, president Dakshina Kannada Zilla panchayat, said that the present exhibition organized by the department has been fully utilized by the womens of groups unlike the past.

The Mangalorean can get the wide range of items like pickles, eateries, dresses, herbal juices, gold plated ornament, dolls and variety of bags under one roof, he added.

Mohanangayya, Swamy, Shakuntala and Kusuma H Devadiga, were present on the dais.  Chandrika proposed vote of thanks.
