BJP Cabinet overhaul on the cards

12.05.10 : There is mounting pressure on state CM B.S. Yeddyurappa to reform
his cabinet with a maximum of 34 ministers. Whereas he fought for good
governance before voting, presently he develops cold feet whenever a
minister resigns and / or is involved in a scam (Reddy Bros., Halappa and
others), or ambition prevails (Shettar, Renukacharya) among BJP leaders. He
promised several times to expand or reform his cabinet but postponed the
dates, out of fear of losing his own position as CM. Now, he says he will
definitely make necessary changes before the monsoon session of the state
legislature begins in June. This leads to wild guess work. Is there enough
time, or does he have a definite new list of ministers, approved by party
chief (Eashwarappa), on hand? Ministers have come and gone, and the
administration is slack in the last 2 years. How does governance improve, by
simply presenting a different cabinet?
