Oscar Fernandes to be election in charge of Congress party elections:  Hanumanthayya

12.06.10 Mangalore : L Hanumantayya, spokesperson of KPCC said that the Senior Congress leaders like B S Gnanadesikan and Oscar Fernandes will act as the election in charge of Congress party elections over all in the state and country respectively.

Speaking at the press meet held at District Congress Office here on June 12, Saturday, he said that he will be the in charge of the Dakshina Kannada district.

A total of 1518 booths in the district of Dakshina Kannada and 52,000 Congress members will be involved in these elections.

Around 12 people will be elected as the block committee presidents out of 30 people, who will be allocated per booth, he informed.

Congress leaders Ramanath Rai , T K Sudhir, Sadashiva Ullal and others were present.
