19.06.10 Mangalore : BJP Yuva Morcha DK Dt Executive meeting held at the BJP’s Jagannath Joshi Bhawan in Kodialbail Today.

The meet was inaugurated by Sunil kumar, Yuva Morcha state chief, by lighting the traditional lamp. This was the first meeting called in 2010 of the several responsibilities waiting to be borne by the Youth, in pursuit of their special role as future leaders. Several sub-committes have been formed already and 36 chairmen are appointed to conduct the work upto July next when their term would be over. The Youth members have to place the idea of national reconstruction before them and take up new responsibilities. People mistake politics for corruption these days, but Youth (Yuva morcha) has a need to enter politics in such polluted atmosphere, somewhat like Jhansi Rani and Bhagat Singh who were less than 30 when they fought for freedom.

The Youth must remember such past sacrifices made by memorable young personalities in Indian history ever since 1857, the BJP Yuva morcha chief stated.

BJP has created a good platform for Yuva Morcha, to face corruption and naxal menace. Presently an agitation for “save coastal Karnataka” is being readied, Sunil Kumar added.

Kishore Kumar Puttur, district chief of Yuva Morcha, speaking next, told the gathering that the country would walk the path shown by its Youth, thereby improving the conditions in the nation. Several youth leaders have adorned high seats in national politics over the years, guiding the people. We must strengthen our organization by banding and bonding together, KK added.

Vice – chief of state Yuva Morcha, Bharatraj Shetty stressed upon sacrifices of sweat, money and comforts to organize educated and rural youth into soldiers of national service.

Krishna Prasad, general Secretary, was present. Activist  Mahesh Kumar conducted the Proceedings and local vice president Vijay Gowda thanked the youth leaders present at the meet.
