Toons – Kids Fest 2010 : Camp opened today

19.05.10 Mangalore : A summer training camp for children was organised by a city outfit, Kalakar creation, on Wednesday and inaugurated near Cochin Bakery in Kankanady at the Talent Conference Hall by lions.

Nagesh Kumar opened the camp for Kids, while Talent Research Foundation advisor, Rafiq Mastan, presided over the function in the morning. The chief guests included Subrahmanya Bharathi Swamiji of Adonis (AP) Muth, Abdul Hammed Kannur (Gen. Secy. of T.R.F.), Sahana Maria of ‘Asare’ (a resort), and Mohd. Beary of ACF, among others.

A.K. Zuber and Vinod Kumar co-ordinated the summer camp, while Riyaz Ashraf directed the programme. The camp lasts for 4 days for the students of class 1 to 10, to engage in creative activities only with several resource persons at the camp.
