Alake residents held up 3 fish lorries

24.04,10 Mangalore : The Alake and Chitra Circle residents organized a protest against the incompetent transportation of fish in lorries on April 24, Saturday.

They said that the lorries which carry the loads of fishes leak the fishy water on the roads causing in convenience to the public.

Speaking on the occasion, Rajendra, Deputy Mayor said that the leakage of fishy water on the roads causes slippery to two-wheelers. He urged the authorities to take necessary measures to provide high-quality containers to carry the fishes. The protestors held up 3 lorries carrying fish.
