District Congress observed 46TH death anniversary of Pandit Nehru

27.05.10 Mangalore : ‘India’s independence itself made a historical remark with the leadership of Pandit Nehru, said MLA Ramanath Rai.

He was speaking after lighting the lamp in front of portrait at the 46th death anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru at District congress office on May 27, Thursday. He also said that, Nehru as the leader of nation who went beyond any caste creed and religion for nation’s independence and development.

Pointing on the tricks of Sangh Parivar, Rai said that, it is only possible in India where the person like Chakravathy Sulibele is called and made to speak on the pro Hinduism at the stage programme organized at the temples. This is absolute trick played by the Sangh Parivar, he added.

He also said that Nehru’s sacrifice is responsible for Indian Independence.

MG Hegde, congress leader said that, Chakravarthy Sulibele writes articles for newspapers and conducts programmes such as ‘Jaago Bharath’. But none of the people knows about the amount he charges for the programme in the name of patriotism.

The programme like ‘Jaago Bharath’ is a money making business. It such things are caught through hidden camera’s he will not be able to walk in the road.

Today he is represented as cultural leader, but in fact he is a poisonous seed who sow it among the innocent people, he added.
