Seemanth Kumar Singh takes over as Mangalore city Commissioner of Police

30.04.10 Mangalore : The IGP of Western Range who held additional charge of the city police commissionerate, Gopal B. Hosur, passed on the additional charge to DIG Seemanth Kumar Singh (of Bihar) in a simple ceremony by transferring the baton to Singh as the new city police Commissioner this morning. Singh was a SP in D.K. district in 2002 and went to Bellary in the same capacity, but has returned here on promotion now. All police officers, including R. Ramesh were present.
